We are recruiting for a full time Sales Manager to join the team on one of our most successful trade events,The National Restaurant, Pub & Bar Show(formerly known as Casual Dining). This major award-winning exhibition for the hospitality industry attracts over 8000 visitors each year to ExCeL London. Co-located annually with lunch! The Contemporary Food To Go Show, you would secure exhibitors and sponsors, for this fast paced and dynamic industry event, with many of our clients offering important innovations for the sector.?
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious, focused sales professional, looking to develop their career within a forward-thinking events company.?
You must be confident selling on the phone, over email and face to face.?Communication and organisational skills are a must. Excellent attention to detail is essential, as well as superb account management and the ability to convert and close sales.?

THE ROLE:
- High level business meetings with top industry brands
- First class account management to develop and maintain strong client relationships with key clients
- Cultivating new business leads
- Attending relevant industry trade shows
- Hitting individual and team sales targets
- Proactively pitching & closing sponsorship opportunities
- Collaboration with other departments such as operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure delivery of client requirements
- Curation of sales emails and reports
- Developing knowledge of the competitive landscape
- Social media post curation across LinkedIn
- Working with Salesforce to maintain the sales pipeline and generate reports for management
YOUR PROFILE
- Currently working in a Sales Manager role or a similar position with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience in the events and exhibition industry is advantageous but not essential
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail
- Hands-on, positive attitude as well as being a good team player
